• Civil & Structural Engineering: RCC frames, foundations, industrial sheds, and structural retrofitting across India's seismic zones.
• Turnkey Interior Fit-Out: Architectural fit-outs, corporate spaces, and commercial interiors.
• BIM & Digital Coordination: 3D Building Information Modelling, clash resolution, and pre-construction simulation.

Note: Website content and project portfolios are informational only. Formal architectural and engineering commissions are established solely upon signing a specific written Project Agreement or Work Order.

3. Website Use & Conduct

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All website text, drawings, photographs, branding (“CK Engineers”), renders, and layouts are the exclusive intellectual property of CK Engineers, protected under Indian copyright and trademark statutes.

Commissioned engineering deliverables (such as blueprints, load calculations, BOQs, and BIM models) remain our intellectual creation until transfer of usage rights as defined in a mutually signed Project Agreement.

6. Confidentiality

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under the laws of India:

• General information on this website does not substitute for commissioned on-site engineering evaluations.
• CK Engineers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website access.
• Our cumulative aggregate liability for direct claims arising strictly from website usage is limited to INR 10,000 (Indian Rupees Ten Thousand).
